We provide repair services and parts
for all of the Agilent and HP model G1322A,
G1379A, G1379B, G4225A and G7122A
stand alone degasser modules as well as the integrated degassers found in their latest
1260 and 1290-series Binary and Quaternary pumps (e.g. G1311B, G1311C, G1312B, G1312C, G4204A, G4220A
& B, G7104A, G7111A & B, G7112A & B, G7120A & B). These modules most commonly fail after five
years of normal use. Failure of the degassing system should be addressed quickly as a
degasser which does not meet the manufacturers operating specification may put your entire
HPLC system out of compliance or validation.

We stock the exact same parts that
the factory uses (and offer optional higher quality parts too). Many companies do not have
the ability to "repair" these parts. We can often repair the parts which results
in a less expensive repair (vs. replacing complete modules at a much higher cost). We can
also customize and upgrade many of the parts used in these degassing module's,
increasing their performance. Smaller volume vacuum degassing chambers are also
available to reduce delay volume, flushing time and solvent change-over times without
decreasing vacuum degassing capacity. The diagnosis, repair and testing services are all
done in our shop by experienced professionals. *All of these repairs and/or services can
be done for a fraction of the price charged by the original manufacturer.

When you send your Agilent or HP brand
HPLC degassing module to Chiralizer Services, we will correctly determine which parts of
your degasser are defective and send you a formal quotation to replace the defective parts
and test the system. We do charge a nominal diagnostic fee to evaluate, clean and test
your degasser, but you retain control over the decision to have it repaired or not.
